Prepared for rainy winter

I have a feeling that winter time is coming shortly and usually this means tons of rains. Being a bike driver I hate such seasons, but anyhow, there is nothing I can do now to avoid driving during rains. For this reason I visited my mechanic yesterday and made some refreshments for my bike. In a list parts renewed are: tires [new type of better quality tires were put on both of my bikes wheels], breaks [even got RC breaks for the front since the original ones are not available in Cyprus and these RC ones are the only that have the same design – and actually checked by me in the past, so I feel safe with them], belt and roles [which should be changed every couple of months or so, since they are the most running parts] and a new battery since I haven\’t changed old one ever and it was not so good [my starter could not work with it properly and I used to use kick start – now have to get rid of this habit and use the button instead :) ].

Overall the process of refreshing the bike took my mechanic around one and a half hour time and cost me some money – but I was prepared :)))

In addition I got a nice \”unti-rain\” coat (for only 5 cyprus pounds) which is supposed to save me from rains :) Looks promising but I need to check it in real conditions :)
