Spent a bit of time on improving my blog. Here is a list of changes:
- New theme. Very similar to old one, but uses double sidebar and have few things better than old one
- Added contact page
- Moved archives from drop-down menu to separate page (also using enhanced archive view)
- Added/Edited few links
- Added twitter widget
- Added link to my photos in main navigation
- Changed a number of posts displayed on homepage from 10 to 5, making the site even more compact
New theme is based on AdSimple, but I did few modifications to it. Two major reasons to use it instead of old one are:
- Better view of threaded comments. Old one had a mess when thread is pretty deep
- Double sidebar. It can contain more information closer to the top of the page
